All nodes run continuously 365 days a year. The 90-day view records node status, incident start and end times, and the affected scope each day, using runtime logs as the verification source.
When a qualifying service interruption occurs, OrbVPS reviews the records under the service terms and applies a credit to the relevant rental term. Effects caused by user actions, credential configuration, external networks or force majeure are excluded from this measurement.
